Bombshells Lubbock Opens Today

HOUSTON – July 9, 2025 – RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) is proud to announce the opening today through a subsidiary of a Bombshells Restaurant & Bar in Lubbock, TX, at the mid-point of the professional baseball season and in time for the college and professional football seasons.

Staffed by a team of more than 110, including 60 servers, 15 bartenders, and 10 hosts, the 8,500 square foot Bombshells with a 3,200 square foot covered patio is near the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue and Texas State Highway 327 Spur (6415 TX-327 Spur, Lubbock, TX 79424).

"Elevate your game-watching at Lubbock's newest sports hub," said Rafael Pedraza, Director of Operations. "Our state-of-the-art venue will redefine how Texas Tech fans and our local friends in the military and veterans catch the action with unparalleled viewing and an electrifying atmosphere."

"No matter where you sit, you'll never miss a moment with our 17.5-foot wide video wall, 90 65-inch high-def TVs, and 32-inch high-def TVs in the booths," he continued.

With the Lubbock location, there are now 12 Bombshells in Texas known for their red, white and blue branding; aircraft hangar like structures; military memorabilia; and uniformed Bombshells Girls, who bring to life pinup models from World War II aircraft "nose art."

The concept was originated by Travis Reese, EVP of parent RCI, whose grandfather flew more than 100 missions during the Berlin Airlift after WW II. Veterans and active service members receive a 20% discount on meals and soft drinks.

The extensive menu includes popular items such as Renegade Pasta (penne tossed in Cajun-spiced Alfredo sauce); Double D's Burger (2x the beef, cheese, and fries); Ike's 14-ounce rib eye steak; the Pin Up Girl Salad; and giant desserts, such as Fried Cheesecake and Bombshells Brownie.

Bombshells are open 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. for lunch, happy hour, dinner, and a late night party scene with live DJs.
